In fatal accidents involving drunk drivers, the wrongful death lawsuit will almost always include a pleading for punitive damages, for the actions of the drunk driver. Other potential defendants in a wrongful death drunk driver case are bars and clubs where the defendant became obviously intoxicated but was continued to be served. If you have lost a loved one due to a drinking driver contact a reputable wrongful death attorney as soon as possible after the accident.
