Houston firefighters go a wakeup call this week when a fire station caught fire.
Early Tuesday morning the faire department learned that one of its own stations had caught fire. The responders used one of the stations own trucks to extinguish the building fire.
According to official reports, the fire originated in the residential part of the fire station, which is unused at the time.
No injuries from the building fire were sustained and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
